Your space is not done until all the final layers of details. Part of the budgeting and design process incorporates the selection of these final details, such as area carpets, artwork, reframing of existing artwork, family photos, plants both large & small, vases & vessels, books and other table top accessories. We combine new items with existing mementos and collections to create landscapes and points of interest. This styling will vary based on whether or not you are maximalist or minimalist or something in between. Regardless of where you fall, your space room by room will not look complete until this process is completed.

Our team creates a design concept tailored to your needs,
complete with mood boards, color palettes, and design ideas. We identify and quantify all materials selection and finishes in this stage.
● We determine the design meeting schedules and production work time needed in between to complete the development of your interior design.
● We visit showrooms and tour design centers together to see installations of design elements to get a better feel for them in real life.
● We do sit-tests to find the best comfort level for everyone in the family and to use this data later when space-planning your home.
● We pull soft good design elements to create schemes and evaluate in your home with your natural light.
● We select flooring, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures and assign them to the needed spaces and start to build the material schedule to be given to the general contractor or builder.

I used Joey Lang to decorate our Condo (2bdrm+den,2.5 bath). Joey was creative and wonderful to work with. He was mindful of the budget and designed the condo with our input on color schemes and style. We truly got a place that was beautiful and elegant. We would highly recommend Joey!
